A Wine menu with your fish gourmet influences awaits this Friday, from “Wine Station” Our downstairs “Royal chocolate”with its products “AFI A. PITENI SA”. Custody of the menu made by our Chef Spiros Mallios, and once again, the sommelier for the evening will be Mr. Dimitris Spyropoulos.
So we are waiting for you to enjoy a dinner with :
– Welcome with anchovy marinade , cod pastrami and bruschetta ” extra” hot cheese accompaniment of tsipouro consealing bottle, from Moschato Tyrnavos of the Katsaros family. .
– Ceasar's salad,of the sea with smoked cod and classic ceasar’s sauce .
We accompany it with a MUSEUM ( Assyrtiko) from the Chrysostomou estate in Pieria.
– Smoked trout with valerian and raspberry and strawberry sauce.
We accompany it with SELF STATION ( Muscovite ) pink ,from the Sianna winery in Arcadia .
– Movenpick sorbet lime & lemon

We enjoy it with Slopes of Lefkada ( Vertzami ) from the Soldatos winery in Lefkada.
