We cook Beef Burger with Barbecue (BBQ) Sauce & Cucumber Mayonnaise # Pitenis…
… As well as Extra Virgin Olive Oil ‘Erotokritos’, and Coriander – Sweet Paprika – Smoked Salt – Fine salt – the wonderful Mix of Peppers of ‘Bagatzounis’.
Served with Yogurt Sauce, Mustard Sauce & Mayonnaise #Pitenis.
TIPs:
- The ground beef should be from the side of the breast, Only once ground and (if possible) 10 days in dry ripening.
- Mix the minced meat and form it into a burger with VERY GENTLE movements, We do NOT knead it, to have a fluffy burger!
- The onions, when we sauté them, to understand that they are ready, their color should be dark brown glossy!
- The caramelized onions, we do not saute them much, just to become gold, to keep their body after boiling.
- To melt the cheese faster and not to get away from baking the burger, cover with a pan to create heat and humidity that will speed up the melting.
- In french fries, remove as much moisture as possible with the salt, but also after we spice up, remove the liquids and add the flour to make them crispy.
- You can also accompany it with Mayonnaise with Crocus #Pitenis, instead of the simple Mayonnaise!
