TIPs:
- Transfer the shrimp to a skewer stick to keep them straight during cooking..
- Pesto, like the Spicy Salad, have a long shelf life in the refrigerator, so we can save them for future recipes.
- We do not put all the spice during the baking, but we keep a little for the end.
- The roasted onions, they can also be caramelized, as we saw in Episode S1.E5 ‘Beef Burger with BBQ Sauce & Cucumber Mayonnaise #Pitenis ’, cooking them with oil, if we want to keep the burger as a fasting recipe, or with butter, if we just want our recipe to take off, at a time when we are not fasting.
- Shrimp become 'Saute', and in a pan, if we do not have a grill or grill-pan, in exactly the same way of preparation.
