200 gr (Strangas. 100 gr), 600 gr (Strangas. 400 gr), 1700 gr (Strangas. 1100 gr)

Sardine fillets with sauce of molasses & lime

ingredients

250 g. sardines
1 k.t.g.paprika
1k.t.g. cumin
1 k.t.g. curry
50 gr.sousami
50 gr.mafrosousamo
250 g. flour
salt
pepper
2 egg whites
oil for frying

(for the sauce)
100 g. molasses
4 fresh figs
1 lemon juice
2 limes

Implementation

Wash and clean the sardines from the scales and the bones and leave them to dry on absorbent paper. Mix the spices with sesame and flour. Whisk in a bowl the egg whites. Pass sardines from albumen and after the mixture with the flour and fry in hot oil. For the sauce, clean figs, the mash with a fork and place in a saucepan with the lemon juice and the syrup to a boil. Cut the lime into very thin slices and serve.
