MATERIALS
For the dough:
* 1 fresh cup lukewarm milk
* 2 tbsp. sugar
* 1 tbsp. melted butter
* 1 tsp. salt
* 3 cups flour
* 1 sachet of dry yeast

* 3 Fiorina peppers boiled
* 1/2 cup condensed tomato
* 1 green pepper horn
* 1 tsp. oregano
* some salt
* sausage and cheese
EXECUTION
1. Pour the ingredients for the dough together in a bowl and knead until a uniform ball.
2. Let it rest for at least two hours.
3. Finely chop the sausage and cheese in a bowl.
4. All other materials from filling the pass blender.
5. Once the dough to divide into 14 balls.
6. Roll out with a rolling pin each and fill with stuffing.
7. Bake at 180b. for 20 minutes.
